The following ways of reporting discrimination are available to you:
YOU want to take action - WE provide assistance: Suggestions/instructions as to how to compose a discrimination report are available here You report the discrimination to US - WE will address the issue Here are a few suggestions as to how we can intervene for you: Form: Letter to (BASTA Moehlstrasse 26 81675 Munich) or Fax (+49 (0)89 4140-6688 ) or E-Mail (info@openthedoors.de) Description of the Discrimination: Please tell us about the case of discrimination. Be aware that not everything that you personally feel as discriminating must necessarily generally be seen as stigmatizing towards persons with a mental illness. Where did the discrimination happen? (In the printed media such as newspapers, magazines, journals or books; on a television or radio channel; in advertising; in the movies or on the internet) When did the discrimination take place? (Date, Time) Who expressed themselves in a discriminatory fashion? (If known, please give us the address, telephone, etc. of the contact person) We act: The report will be researched by the BASTA team. Following which, a three person work- group will evaluate all the collected materials and make suggestions as how to proceed in every individual case of discrimination. We will keep you informed of our progress. |
